Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist. Our courteous staff will be happy to set up a convenient time for your personalized dental visit. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please call our office 24 hours in advance of your appointment to cancel or reschedule.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional PPO insurance plans. We are currently IN-NETWORK with the following Insurance Plans:
- Cigna PPO
- Guardian PPO
- Humana PPO
- Delta Dental PPO
We do not file for HMO plans.
Contact our office to verify acceptance of your PPO plan. We will be happy to file your conventional insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer flexible payment plans through Care Credit. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
